When you purchase CR7 BOT, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

• Each license is valid for a single user and cannot be shared or resold.
• Licenses may be bound to hardware (HWID) for security purposes.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing licenses is strictly prohibited.
• License keys are personal and must not be disclosed to third parties.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key.

2. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to bypass security systems.
• Using CR7 BOT for illegal activities or in violation of game rules and terms of service.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or payment processing systems.
• Using multiple devices or virtual environments to evade HWID restrictions.
• Sharing credentials or license keys with other users or accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
• Using the service to harm, exploit, or defraud other users or entities.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or unauthorized account access.

3. 💳 Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers including Stripe and Mercado Pago. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once a license has been generated and delivered.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent refund claims may result in immediate license revocation and permanent account termination.
• Repeated refund requests will result in account suspension without compensation.
• Payment disputes will be investigated and resolved according to payment provider terms.

4. 📡 Service Availability

We strive to keep CR7 BOT operational and maintain high quality standards, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

• Features may change, be updated, improved, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily disrupt service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at our sole discretion.
• No warranty is provided regarding uptime or continuous availability.

5. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Liability

CR7 BOT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

• Account bans, penalties, suspensions, or losses resulting from bot usage.
• Data loss, downtime, service interruptions, or game-related consequences.
• Damages arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumvention of security.
• Third-party actions, including game updates or policy changes by game developers.
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
• Any other losses or damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to CR7 BOT at any time, without notice or compensation, if these Terms are violated or if we determine that your account poses a security risk.

• Termination will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
• Account termination may be permanent and irreversible.
• Associated licenses and sessions will be canceled immediately upon termination.
